I was staring through the window
staring at people passing by
i was looking out for uniqueness.
Scores of people passed by
and even time flew by
but i could barely find any.
Slowly realization dawned upon me
i was only looking at forms
i never got to watch their faces!
i opened the windows
i shed all barriers
i opened my mind.
i saw happiness, i saw sorrow
i saw pain, i saw emotion
more importantly.. i found uniqueness
