Nostalgia

Nostaligia is a deadly concoction
its mesmerizingly intoxicating
but then there is the hangover too

Faith

It peels away the shroud that we cloak ourselves with
gnaws away at the debris our conscience is buried under

faith is as powerful a force as it gets

Once in a while

once in a while i resist modesty
once in a while praise i seek

once in a while i dare to reveal
once in a while my mind i speak

once in a while i open wounds
once in a while i also heal

once in a while i touch people
once in a while blessed i feel

and once in a while i just write
once in a while i just write

Thunder

In a tremendous show of raw fury
an unknown power cracks its whip
sending people scattering for cover and
its latent fear, through our hearts rip

a life...

a life lost in continuity
of dreams lost to conformation
of memories left in wilderness
and finding peace in retrospection

A moment

A moment of greatness lasts exactly that - just a moment
but it takes eternity to get to that moment

but isnt it worth the journey?

Interest

Q) What is an expression of interest?
A) PRT/100!!

Pity

ever felt that you are inconsequential?
ever felt that you are insignificant?
ever felt that you are one in a gazillion?
ever felt like me?

Hindsight

Hindsight is nothing but posterior wisdom

A song

a song for pain
a song for hope
a song for peace
a song for death
a song for strife
a song for freedom
a song for everything you see
a song for everything but me

Optimism

optimism is like a bubble
and reality the prick

Perspective

you can be the one calling heads
or the one calling tails
or you could be the coin being tossed around.
isnt perspective everything?

Revival

only after the survival
can come the revival
